Ticket prices vary by date, time and type. Select when you would like to attend to view available ticket rates.

The attraction is named after the mysterious 13th floor that is missing from most buildings.  It is not on the 13th floor of a building.

Stay calm and find the nearest actor or staff member. They will escort you to the nearest exit. Please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.

We do not have lockers or a coat check at the attraction. Small or clear bags are allowed in, but other bags like totes or backpacks should be left in your car.

There are many life-like creatures in the Haunted House. However, we do not have real animals in the attraction.


We are able to scan your tickets off your smart phone. However, we do recommend printing them if you’re able.

Ticket pricing applies to all our guests, regardless of their age.

Each ticket is good for one admission into the attraction. If you’d like to experience it again, you’ll need to purchase another ticket.

Yes! Groups of 10 – 20 will automatically receive $5 off per ticket upon checkout!

Groups of 20+ should contact for specialty rates!

No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Who Should Attend

We do not enforce an age limit. However, due to the graphic nature of the attraction, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers, or babies. Everyone reacts differently to certain circumstances. You as the parent know your child, so it’s up to you to make the judgment call. If you wouldn’t bring your child to a PG-13 movie, a Haunted House is probably not the place for them.

We do not recommend pregnant women to go through the Haunted House. We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them.

With any medical condition, we suggest talking to your doctor or physician before coming through the attraction. Fog machines are in use in the attraction, so we do recommend bringing your inhaler or any device that you may need. 

We’d also recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women consult their physician before going through the attractions. 

ON-Site / Day Of

We’ll be implementing a timed ticketing system for the season, so you can expect shorter wait times. 

No! We have ample FREE on-site parking in the parking lot at our location!

A portion of our waiting area is outside, so please dress accordingly!

While we can and will work to accommodate all guests, our attraction does include dark, tight spaces that can affect the experience for some customers. Please contact us for more detail.

Yes. We have many strobe lights and fog throughout the entire attraction. It is not recommended for people that have Epilepsy go through the Haunted House. We suggest talking to your doctor if you have any conditions such as asthma, heart issues, or if you’re pregnant, before walking through the show.

The Columbus Police Department will be on-site every night along with private security and event staff. We work hard to ensure the safety of all of our guests. As a result, we require each person to pass through our security screening before they enter. Security screening involves walk-through metal detectors, weapons detector wands, and full bag checks. Please arrive prior to your ticket time to allow time for our security process. For more information please reach out to us HERE

Photography and video recording (including GoPros) are not permitted in the attraction and may result in removal from the attraction without a refund.

Actors will not intentionally touch or grab our guests. However, because of the dark and sometimes tight nature of the attraction, an actor may graze or run into you.

Even though they’re in makeup, it’s important to remember that the actors are people. Please be respectful and keep your distance. Intentionally touching an actor can result in the immediate removal of you and your group without a refund.


Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at our on-site Box Office.

Group sizes for 2020 will follow all state requirements for entertainment venues. This may vary as new health orders are put in place. 

You are more than welcome to wear a costume to the Haunted House, as long as the only mask you have on your face is a protective one. You should also leave any props at home.

Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc… We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry. Please use your head!!

Yes, we’re open rain or shine! Please make sure you dress appropriately. A portion of the wait is outside, however, the Haunted House is located indoors.

We recommend dressing for the weather. A portion of your wait will be outside. Closed toes shoes are preferable. Please also avoid wearing loose of valuable jewelry or accessories, as things can easily get lost inside of the attraction.
