There is ample free parking for all guests directly on site! When entering the parking lot please drive slow and be alert, as other customers will be walking from their vehicle and leaving the attraction.
Most signage will still show 13th Floor on the outside, but don’t worry you are at Fear Columbus!

Please be aware that wave time is not the time you enter the haunted house.
To keep everyone safe, once you enter the building you will not be permitted to leave and re-enter.
If you are interested in purchasing merchandise please be aware that we are only accepting credit cards.
We have invested a considerable amount of time and resources into operating a safe and entertaining attraction in light of new conditions brought on by COVID-19.
We are requiring that every guest and employee wear a mask as well as go through a temperature screening in order to keep everyone safe. If you have any of the following symptoms outlined by the CDC we ask that you stay home. You can call and we will either refund you or reschedule you for a later date & time!

Please do not bring valuables unless you are prepared to potentially lose them. This is a Haunted House and with all of the jump scares and running we do not want you to lose a valuable possession.
Also, be sure to secure your phones while walking through the haunt, we will not stop operation for you to find your phone, and we will not look for lost items until the following day.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
There is a strict no-weapons policy at the haunt, to ensure the safety of all guests and employees. You will be going through a metal detector before entering the haunt.
The show is not recommended for children and anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone the age of 18 or older.
If you or someone in your party is sensitive to strobe lights or has severe asthma we would not recommend you enter the haunt. If this is an issue please reach out and we will gladly refund your ticket.
