If you purchased tickets but the form is saying the order can’t be found, DON’T PANIC. 99% of the time this just means there was a typo in your email when you purchased tickets or a different email or zip code was used.
Simply email info@fearcolumbus.com with your full name and the email you believe was used at checkout and we can help find the order for you.

If your Arrival Time is approaching, you can also simply arrive at the event and we can lookup your order via your email or phone number.
