Release of Liability Waiver
All guests of this special event must complete the waiver linked below. We have included a few very important notes regarding this waiver to make sure it is completed correctly!
1. Must be completed prior to arrival
All waivers must be completed prior to arrival. We do not have a way to sign this waiver once you arrive.
2. All Members of Your Group Must Complete This Waiver
All members of your group must complete the waiver with their specific contact information and signature. Please send all members of your group a link to this webpage so they can complete it.
3. Any guests under 18 must have a parent sign their waiver
Please complete the waiver with all the guest’s information and then the parent should sign on the signature line.
4. Each signed waiver must have a unique email address
Every waiver must have a unique email address for the waiver software to process correctly. If your waiver processes correctly you will get a confirmation email a few minutes after completion. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
