Our management team has automatically been notified of your lost item. This means that everyone on staff will be keeping an eye out for the item while we are open. This also means if the phone is returned during the night we will immediately contact you to schedule a pickup time.
If the item isn’t found while we are open. We have a team that will search the attractions once the last customer has exited the building and we can turn the overhead lights on.
If it is still not found, we will try looking again during the next operational day. Sometimes it takes the fog clearing before items can be found.
Please be patient with us. It is extremely difficult to find lost items in the dark with fog.
You will be notified via the email and phone number you provided on this form as soon as we have found it. If you are not contacted it means we have not found your item yet.
Please do not show up to pick up a lost item without confirmation it was found first.
Please understand that just because your item is showing up at our location on Find my I-phone or similar location tracking that it does not mean it is actually found. GPS signals can’t ping inside buildings accurately so it may appear your item is moving but it is actually just having trouble connecting to GPS.
I understand that when items are found they are placed into a safe and only select management has a key. If your item is found, we will reach out to schedule a pickup time when a manager is here to unlock the safe. Showing up without scheduling a time can’t guarantee anyone will have access to your item.
We will do everything possible to search for your item once the attractions close and the last customers has exited the building. Then we can turn the overhead lights come on and the fog can clear. We will reach out late at night if it is found via email or the phone number your provided. If we don’t find your item we will search again on the next operational business day. Finding your item is not guaranteed.
We will contact you as soon as the item is found even if it is late at night after we close. We know how important these items are and promise we won’t leave you waiting. HOWEVER if you don’t hear from us it just means we haven’t found it. We unfortunately don’t have the bandwidth to follow up with updated as we look for it if we don’t find it.
