Rules and guidelines

This is a space for leads, creepers, queue line, and guest actors to get ready for the night.

  • Maintain a tidy space by putting items away neatly each night.
    • Everything should have a designated place with labels.
    • Ensure personal items are stored neatly, and especially keep the space clean before leaving for the weekend or after events.
  • Feel free to do your own makeup here, but bring your own supplies.
    • Taking makeup room supplies is not allowed; doing so will result in losing access.
    • If your costume requires a mask, wear it as instructed.
  • No food is permitted in this room. Please eat in the staff lounge and dispose of your trash there.
    • Only water and gatorade are allowed in this room.
  • You are allowed to keep costumes, accessories, masks, and props in this room, just make sure to let your Costume Lead know. 
    • If you would like your costume washed, throw them in the laundry bag at the end of the night. You will be able to pick your costume up from the Costume Room for your next shift.
  • You can store personal belongings in this room as long as they’re stored neatly and being used for operational nights.
    • This is not personal storage for any belongings you may not have room for at home.
    • Fear Columbus is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Please make sure to be respectful of the space and use it wisely. Failure to keep this space clean will result in the loss of privilege to use this room.
    • The Closing Checklist needs to be completed by the Performance Lead every night before going home to ensure everything is up to standard.
