Duties and Responsibilities
Staff Coordinator
Off Season and In Between Events
- The Staff Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks during the Off Season and In-Between Events
- Hiring
- Keeping track of applications and making sure to follow up when we are actively hiring
- Keeping Applications Organized and following the hiring system
- Haunt Scheduler
- Adding and Removing Dates once they’ve been communicated by Nick and/or Jess
- Making sure Haunt Scheduler is up to date, meaning only active employees have active profiles
- Updating Employee Info
- Updating any employee information that is submitted to you
- Please update all applicable spreadsheets and Haunt Scheduler with any necessary changes
- Keeping up with Staff Email
- Communicating with Jess if you have questions or need something
- Assisting the Operations Manager when needed
- This could be help in or out of the Attractions as long as you’re caught up on your projects
- When you are caught up with your projects, please make sure to check in with everyone to see if there’s anything you can assist with
- Hiring
Open Season and Operational Events
- The Staff Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks during the Off Season and In-Between Events
- Scheduling and Placing on Haunt Scheduler
- Fielding Call-Off Requests
- Approving or Denying
- Hiring
- Discipling all Staff
- Up to and including termination
- Fielding and replying to Staff Emails and Texts
- Following up with Staff who is running late
- Creating Placement Board Name Tags
- Filling out and Updating the Actor Placement Board
- Being available to assist staff who needs to leave early
- Being available to assist the Operations Manager, Nick, Jess, and Daeshawn if needed
- Making sure everyone is clocking in and out correctly
- Making notes and reflecting them in Haunt Scheduler is someone runs over on break or clocks in early/late
