Use this form to alert us about Employee Misconduct. You may also fill this out on behalf of another Employee if they come to you with concerns.
ANY incident that occurs needs to be documented, no matter how small. This can be with or without injury and should be filled out by a Lead or Manager.

This needs to be filled out by the Performance Lead at the end of every Operational Day.

The first two links will take you to spreadsheets that contain all the scenes in each attraction and their description. The Scene Priorities button will take you the the spreadsheet with all scenes for all events and their fill priority based on events.
