No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. You may change your ticket to a different date or time for the same event type as long as there is availability. All ticket changes MUST be done online through our ticketing portal. We can not change tickets over the phone or via an email request.
You may also give your tickets to someone else if you are not able to attend. You do not need to change the name on the tickets and we do not help with reselling your tickets. You should only sell/purchase tickets from someone that you trust.
